I’m a regular at this drive-thru and just wanted to appreciate Sonia for her excellent service. She recognized my usual order (McPlant with custom changes, nuggets, and marinara sauce) and even helped me pick the right sauce when I forgot the name. It’s really nice when someone remembers regular customers and makes the experience smooth and friendly. Sonia truly makes the visit better every time. Thank you!

Standard McDonald's, fast enough service, food is much better and made fresh when you come at earlier times (11:30am-12pm is best

Everytime I go into McDonald’s I get a cheeseburger meal with NOTHING ON IT except ketchup and big mac sauce. Everytime without fail even though the label on the burger says PLAIN ONLY KETCHUP + BIG MAC SAUCE it will ALWAYS have onions on it. How hard is it to make a burger WITHOUT onion. I have to scrape the burger everyone. Teach your employees to not be lazy

Food is always stone cold. Always. It’s actually shameful. Everytime I ask please can you make sure it’s hot, they reply like I’m an idiot, and tell me to check is it hot before I leave, which I usually do, however the food should be hot??? That’s the point, why should a customer have to check that the hot food they ordered is actually hot? The burgers are like rubber and the fries taste like they have been sitting there for days. It really is the worst McDonalds. It’s INEDIBLE

Over two weeks I visited this place twice (because my daughter insisted) both burgers I had was from their seasonal premium selection. Both were tasteless and appalling, within 200 meters of Mc D’s you have KFC and Hungry Lions, all fast food and I’m not a big fan of fast food but if you held me over a barrel I would choose KFC. So I’ll post a picture of the Mc D’s chicken burger which I did not finish. It was almost cold and the ingredients were bland, the bun was chewy and the only thing that had taste was a rubbery type of chorizo that turned my stomach. Look, I understand this is fast food but this is not food, I could 3D print something with more taste. The burger patty within the first burger had absolutely no taste. Now this is not just this store,all Mc D’s feed their public rubbish at a premium price for what it just barely recognised as food for human consumption. Look at the cheese in the photos.
